May is here and we couldn’t be happier! After a week of rain, the sun is here and the double-digit temperatures we’re enjoying are not a fluke! If you’re looking to take advantage of the beautiful weather, the Newmarket Farmers’ Market opened this month with some fantastic-looking vendors.

 

The real estate market is also heating up. Though it’s been a slow recovery, we’re seeing increased competition and while prices are still down year over year, they are up month over month.
