It is nice to see the city coming back to life! Patios and retailers opened (with limited capacity) late last week, which means that we’re seeing more people out and about. Stage 2 of our reopening (haircuts!) could be as soon as the beginning of July.
As for Toronto’s real estate market, it continues to be busy, though we’re no longer setting records in terms of the number of homes changing hands. However, records are being set in terms of prices: the average price for a home in Toronto was $1,116,736 in May.
If you are considering making a move, now is a fantastic time to sell. There are serious buyers out there and a lack of inventory!
