It’s been a little while, so we wanted to update you on what’s happening in the real estate market.
Short answer: it’s been exceptionally busy. Sales in January were up by over 50% compared to January 2020. People are buying larger homes, which has resulted in an average year-over-year price increase of 34.4% in the GTA for detached homes.
If you are considering making a move, now is a fantastic time to sell. There are serious buyers out there and a lack of inventory!
