Mark Tavares

Mark was born and raised in Toronto. His family has specialized in real estate investment, sales and renovations for more than 45 years. Fascinated by the business, Mark became a Realtor in 2004 and has been helping his clients achieve their real estate goals in what he believes is the most livable city in Canada. He understands that the buying/selling process is very stressful but his confident and pleasant demeanor makes him uniquely qualified to make the experience as satisfying as possible. He accomplishes this through constant communication and by being accessible whenever you need him. If you are selling he will work with you to get you the highest price in the least amount of time, by using a team of professional stagers, cleaners, virtual tour/photographers and social media marketing experts. If you are buying, he will provide you with the most up-to-date market data to inform and assist you in making the most educated decision possible. Mark really enjoys working with first-time buyers because he shares their excitement in the prospect of owning property, having made a few purchases himself.  When not working with clients, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and children, friends and family.
